Civil engineering and utilities contractor, Roswick Ltd has recently obtained a new SSIP Health and Safety accreditation.

The Manchester based company obtained the accreditation just last month, after a lengthy and stringent application process.

Roswick were required to provide extensive evidence of the robust safety management systems and procedures currently in place.

The accreditation is a huge bonus for the company as it has enabled them to expand their reach across the UK and tender for larger utilities projects.

Health and Safety Manager, Stephanie O’Connor commented: “We are delighted to achieve this new accreditation for the business as it allows us to assure clients we have the relevant safety procedures in place.

Here at Roswick, we see safety as a core element of our business and we take it very seriously.

We impose very strict safety policies and provide all of our staff with a high level of safety training from induction right through to delivery of our projects.

Roswick has seen significant growth over the past year and the company has continued to go from strength to strength.

The new accreditation is further evidence of the company’s plans to become one of the most successful and highly regarded contractors in the UK.
